Disclaimer: This blog post is just a teeny tiny sliver into all of the resources and options available to you. Even still, it's easy to get overwhelmed. Use what you need now...and save the rest for later.

Sometimes we get lost in our screens; consuming link after link, boatloads of information...and pretty soon, we end up with what I once heard dubbed ''Information Constipation'' where we have consumed so much information that we're up all stopped up. Lol!

I intend this post to be one that you bookmark and come back to throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

As always, if you know of anyone who is looking for a birth or postpartum doula or just needs to talk through their options, please send them my way! I appreciate your referrals.

I am the owner and founder of the Cincinnati Birth and Parenting Network. There are many more wonderful birth and parenting professionals than what are linked here. As stated in the intro, this is just a tiny sliver of all that is available to you.
